John Aniston - Days of Our Lives
Fans of Days of our Lives (DOOL) know John Aniston (Victor Kiriakis) is the father of Jennifer Aniston. Yes, that Jennifer, the Friends star and mega-movie actress. As it turns out, the elder Aniston has wanted his daughter to make a cameo on DAYS for quite some time.
During the DAYS 50th anniversary event, Aniston told Glamour about one time his daughter was on a soap with him, and he’d like to see it happen again.
“We sort of worked together on Search for Tomorrow. She was an extra. She was 13 or 14 years old. I had her down at the studio one day and Jane Krakowski was on the show and Jennifer was in the green room and met Jane and they were talking.”
He added that he even had an idea about how she would make her cameo–as part of his wait staff!
“No. But, yeah, [it would be cute]. There’s allusion to Victor’s staff… Yeah, she could, but all we have is the butler. And you never see the butler.”
