He may not be in Salem anymore but Shawn Christian still has a tie to Days of Our Lives. His real-life girlfriend Arianne Zucker (ex-Nicole) took to social media to send him a thoughtful message!
Recently, Christian, who played Daniel on the soap, celebrated his birthday, and Zucker posted a special greeting for him via Instagram.
Zucker wrote: “Happy Birthday to this handsome man! I’m a lucky lady. Love you, baby!”
Christian first showed up in Salem in 2008 when Victor (John Aniston) called upon his godson to help save Bo’s (Peter Reckell) life. Over time, viewers learned that Daniel was, in reality, the biological child of Maggie (Suzanne Rogers).
After enduring many travails in Salem, Daniel found love with Nicole. They planned to wed until Daniel was seriously injured in a New Year’s Eve car accident.
After being declared brain dead, Maggie made the decision to donate Daniel’s heart to save the life of Brady (Eric Martsolf).
Soap Hub joins Zucker along with Christian’s family, friends, and fans in wishing the actor a very happy birthday!
