After some arduous twists and turns, Nicole has finally been reunited with her daughter, Holly, on Days of Our Lives (DAYS).
Since finding out that Holly was her and the late Daniel’s (Shawn Christian) biological child, it’s been anything but happiness for Nicole. First, Chloe, who carried the baby, fought for custody of her.
Then, a spiteful Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) bribed a judge to make sure things went against Nicole. And, in between, Nicole kidnapped Holly and fled to Canada. Now that all that’s behind mother and daughter, how do fans feel about Nicole and Holly reuniting? Here’s what 6,500 of you had to say.
Couldn’t Be Happier
It’s been pure joy for 90% of DAYS fans. You couldn’t be happier that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) has finally been awarded legal custody of her baby girl.
Over the years, you’ve watched Nicole long for a child, endure heartbreaking miscarriages, and even resort to a baby switch (Mia’s newborn with Sami’s daughter, Sydney) to achieve her dream of motherhood. Now, she’s finally living it.
Took So Long, You’re Over It
While you were pleasantly surprised to learn that Holly was Nicole and Daniel’s child after Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) gave birth to her, what ensued afterward had you wanting to pull your hair out.
Watching Nicole have the baby torn from her arms — by her longtime friend, Chloe, of all people — was more than you could bear. However, the long, winding road Nicole had to go down to get the baby back was even worse. That’s why 10% of you are over it.
