Hope’s Comeuppance on Days of Our Lives: A Jail Sentence!

It’s been nearly a year since Hope killed Stefano truly believing he was responsible for Bo’s death on Days of Our Lives. She committed the act in a rage and has tried to cover it up ever since.

Last week, Andre (Thaao Penghlis) finally got the best of her and played a taped confession he snagged from Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) before Hope’s former love left town. The audio was heard throughout Horton Square and life as Hope knows it changed forever.

Hope (Kristian Alfonso) couldn’t hide her guilt anymore and confessed to the crime. Since she confessed, all that’s left is a sentencing that comes next week, according to the November 21 issue of Soap Opera Digest.

When Hope is handed the worst possible sentence, it’s clear the judge did not consider her children at all. Now, our hapless heroine whose grief and years of torture caused her to commit a true crime, faces years behind bars.

Hope takes the sentence with strength, but it’s Rafe who has a hard time dealing. He knows what she’s facing–and he also knows what he’s facing. After fighting so hard to be together, he’s looking at a life without the woman he loves.
