The pairing of Hope and Rafe may not work for the writers at Soap Hub (hey, we’re all entitled to our opinion), but it turns out you guys really like this Days of Our Lives pair.
While you admit they’re no Bo and Hope, it turns out there’s still life for Fancy Face with her partner in fighting crime.
After more than 6,000 votes were tallied, it turns out 70% of you are all for this couple and can’t wait for them to find permanent happiness. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) has had such a rough time of it the past few years. First, Bo disappeared, then she was nearly strangled by her new husband, and less than a day later, Bo died in her arms.
When she finally had enough, lost it, and killed Stefano, Rafe (Galen Gering) was the one by her side covering up the crime of murdering the biggest crime lord soaps have ever seen.
Rafe has also been extremely unlucky in love, and you feel he deserves the happiness Hope can give him.
Then there’s the 30% of you who feel the same as Soap Hub. You love the characters, but just don’t see them as a love match. You felt they worked better when they stayed in the friend zone and they have no chemistry at all as lovers. Some of you can’t see Hope with anyone but Bo and wish Rafe would just find someone else. However, you’ve resigned yourself to the fact that Peter Reckell doesn’t want to return.
