Hope Has Quite the Decision to Make On Days of Our Lives

One thing poor Hope never expected after her romantic night with Rafe was to find dead husband Aiden in her living room on “Days of Our Lives.” It seems Hope can never catch a break. Every time she thinks she can be happy with someone, another man from the past appears just hours later.

This time that man is someone she married in November who she believed tried to kill her and then believed Bo (Peter Reckell) killed. If it sounds confusing for us, imagine how confusing it is for Hope (Kristian Alfonso). Now, she has herself in quite a pickle. The man she’s legally married to is back, but another man has claimed her heart.

Soap Hub asked if you think Hope will choose Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) in the end or if Rafe (Galen Gering) is now the man for her. After all, she did marry Aiden with stars in her eyes and it turns out he really did want to marry her.

Out of about 5,500 votes, a whopping 92% of you think Hope will stay true to the man she now loves and choose Rafe. After all, he’s never been anything but loyal and kind to her–and he certainly didn’t even contemplate taking DiMera orders to kill her. Plus, he doesn’t have a son who raped her daughter, which definitely goes in the pro column.

A much smaller 4% thinks Hope will follow her heart on a trip back to last fall when she dreamed of the perfect life with Aiden. You loved them as a couple and were disappointed when the writers turned Aiden into a bad guy, who it turns out may have not been so bad after all.

The final 3% don’t even care and wish Aiden had stayed away. You truly believed Executive Producer Ken Corday when he said after September 1 of last year that characters who are dead will stay dead. Well, we guess Aiden technically wasn’t dead, but neither are any other characters who return from the dead.
