While we already know that May is bringing three actors back to Days of Our Lives (DOOL), it looks like another return is being kept under wraps — but who?!
According to the Jason47 DAYS Website, in addition to Jen Lilley (Theresa), Robert Scott Wilson (Ben), and Jaime Lyn Bauer (Laura) comebacks next month, there’s one more that is being kept under wraps.
But, who could it be? There are certainly plenty of people we’d love to see back. Here are some of our guesses.
Jack Attack
Could it be that Abigail’s (Marci Miller) breakdown causes her to conjure up the ghost of her dead father? She certainly wouldn’t be the first of his family members to do so.
Maybe seeing Jack (Matt Ashford) and getting encouragement from him to seek help could be just what gives Abigail the strength to overpower her other alters and therefore seek treatment to integrate.
Bo Knows
Staying on the supernatural plane, what if Peter Reckell brings Bo’s ghostly presence to help Hope (Kristian Alfonso) realize she needs Rafe (Galen Gering) and should give him a second chance?
After all, Bo did ask Rafe to take care of his family. It wouldn’t be shocking if he found a way to help make it happen.
While Reckell left the show for good (though never say never) and hasn’t shown any interest in a return, if he did bring Bo back — even for a day or two — it would surely catapult DAYS’ ratings during the all-important sweeps month.
Keeper of the Secrets
But our money is on the return of Eileen Davidson — probably as both Susan and Kristen but definitely as Kristen. When last we saw her, Kristen let the audience know that EJ (James Scott) is actually alive, just like Sami (Alison Sweeney) believed.
What if Kristen returns and leads everyone to a very-much-alive EJ? While Soap Hub (and everyone else) reported that Gilles Marini will be joining the show in June as Ted, what if that was to throw us off and he is really a recast EJ? Now THAT would be one heck of a return!
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
