Days of Our Lives Recap: What?! Someone Kidnapped Ciara!

The Days of Our Lives recap for Thursday, January 31 features Ciara tied up and blindfolded, but how exactly did this happen? Sonny (Freddie Smith) riled Leo (Greg Rikaart) about his mom, and Leo swore to make him pay.

Sonny told Adrienne (Judi Evans) about Leo’s new sex demands, so Adrienne later threatened Leo with scissors if he didn’t back off.

Will (Chandler Massey) met with Diana (Judith Chapman) and filled her in on all of Leo’s dirty dealings. She asked what Leo has on him and he told her. Diana revealed that Leo hates her cause she cut him off financially.

He asked if she was willing to help them. She said she wants to hear Leo’s side first. She also said she has little sway over him. He told her Leo called her a monster.

She was sympathetic but said she still loves Leo and asked Will to leave. Later she ran into Marlena.

Earlier, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) went to see Marlena (Deidre Hall). He caught her up on everything that happened with Ciara. He felt lost without Ciara and was worried he could become a monster again — but not a killer.

Marlena warned about letting someone define him. She then asked if he has a support system and suggested reaching out to his sister.

Eli (Lamon Archey) questioned Hope (Kristian Alfonso) about her relationship with Ted (Gilles Marini). She said they’re just friends and he still didn’t like that. Hope admitted she has no idea when Rafe is coming home. Then, Ted arrived and Eli left.

Ted told Hope he wants to be the DA. Theo called and Hope learned Ciara should have been back. Later, we saw Ciara tied up and blindfolded.

Lani (Sal Stowers) arrived at Doug’s Place and was surprised to see it closed for a private party. Inside, Eli created a Miami beach scene — for her — complete with a Mojito and him in swim trunks! And then they admitted they love one another. Hooray!
