The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Thursday, December 14 features hope for WilSon after all – as a kiss proved to be more than just a kiss.
Staking His Claim
Sonny (Freddie Smith) showed up at Will’s (Chandler Massey) proclaiming he wanted his husband back, but Will admitted to his attraction to Paul. He also admitted he doesn’t feel anything really for Sonny and wants to experience being gay and single.
Will wanted to shake on it to show no hard feelings but Sonny grabbed him into a kiss. He felt it was still there and asked Will if they could build on it. Will said he doesn’t think they’re destined for a happy ending.
Will then asked Sonny if he’d really be willing to take it slow. Sonny agreed, and the first step is to move into the mansion – separate rooms. He said they could figure it out together. Sonny knew he was asking a lot but he feels a connection and Will said he’s willing to give them another chance and move in.
More Goodbyes
Sami (Alison Sweeney) went to the pub to say goodbye to Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Roman (Josh Taylor). Eric asked again about the trouble she alluded to. She told him he needed to concentrate on his love life and moving on.
All Grown Up
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was furious that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) defied her. Ciara mouthed off and Rafe (Galen Gering) stepped in and she was flabbergasted that he took Hope’s side. He then mentioned Bo and well, that didn’t go well. Ciara took off and Hope yelled after her, leaving Rafe with the motorcycle.

Sami happened by and liked the look on Rafe. Sami then let him know she was leaving town. They discussed their night together out loud and, which wasn’t a good idea for two people trying to keep a secret. So shock upon shock – Ciara overheard them!
Tainted Past
Brady (Eric Martsolf) let Eve (Kassie DePaiva) know he has enough on her to give to the cops so she can be arrested. Apparently she liked to bilk old men and used aliases (nods to DePaiva’s other soap roles). She told him to keep digging; she didn’t care. She then offered him a drink to raise his spirits.
He tried to say he didn’t drink, but she obviously knew otherwise. She said Maggie would be disappointed. And she threatened to tell Victor…or was it Sonny he answered to now? He admitted Victor knew, so she figured Victor is using Brady to do his dirty work. She left her drink behind to tempt him.
