Yes, there is a DNA test and this is a soap, so that’s hardly the end of it. It would seem the DNA results computer can be accessed by anyone. How many tests have been wrong over the years? This could just be another screwup.

If Allie said it happened, then it happened, 3% of you shrug. It doesn’t matter that Allie admitted her memory of the fateful night is fuzzy since she was super drunk, or that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) basically talked her into recalling anything.
