Days of our Lives Polling
A majority 68% voted for Eric (Greg Vaughan). Sure, Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) always need his support. But the main victim of his prolonged absence has been Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Nicole has very little to do without Eric. (Holly is obviously a child who doesn’t take up a lot of parenting time.)
Nicole’s boredom led her to meddle in Allie’s (Lindsay Arnold) business – with near-tragic results. And now she’s hanging out with Ava (Tamara Braun) – and Rafe (Galen Gering). Neither of those is a good thing. She needs Eric!

Where There’s a Will….
In second place are the 20% who are pining for a Will (Chandler Massey) return. With Sonny (Freddie Smith), without Sonny, with Arianna, without Arianna… You’re not picky, just as long as Sami’s firstborn is back in town. We realize his mom gets charged with murder… a lot. But he could still show up to cheer her up.
Little Girl Lost
Poor Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). No sooner is Joey out of jail, than he leaves town again. Wouldn’t it be nice if Stephanie, at least, returned to keep them company, 7% of the audience wonders? Now that Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is on her way out, Salem could use another young heroine from a core family.
Back In Blue
Or how about Kate’s (Lauren Koslow) daughter, Billie, 5% wonder. Kate’s got her hands full with sons Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and Rex (Kyle Lowder). Maybe she’d like her daughter around… to worry about in a completely different way. Billie could bring some law and order to town… and see what Rafe is up to.
