The last time Days of our Lives fans saw Sarah Horton, she was being smuggled out of town in a comically large trunk on her wedding day. Sarah made the mistake of figuring out that Kristen was masquerading as Susan.
Days of our Lives Polling
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) really didn’t want Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to share that information. So off to a DiMera island, she went! Is it time for a heroic rescue? What almost 2,000 viewers told us:
Long Enough
A majority 71% of you think it’s way past time for Sarah to return. Especially since Kristen’s jig is now up with everyone. Brady (Eric Martsolf) had told her he loved her, but he couldn’t be with her anymore. Because she is crazy and homicidal. Kristen responded to his constructive criticism by knocking out Susan and escaping the police station. Not exactly the optimal way to disprove Brady’s point. She hightailed it out of town. Which means there is no more reason to keep Sarah prisoner any longer.
Do It Now
A smaller 21% of the audience needs for this rescue to happen, ASAP. Xander (Paul Telfer) is at loose ends without her, bouncing from one end of Salem to another, looking for love… or a job… or a place to crash… or breakfast. He tried to marry – and divorce – for money. That didn’t work. Now he’s sunk to blackmailing Nicole (Arianne Zucker) for employment. And even sleeping with her. Come home, Sarah!
Triangle Time
What’s the point of Sarah coming back if Xander isn’t in love with someone else, 8% of the voters wonder. These stories only work if there is a long triangle to return to. Maybe Sarah was pregnant with Xander’s baby when she was kidnapped (the drugs Kristen shot her up with must have been great for gestation!). Or maybe Xander has a new family. The point is, we need soapy stakes! Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
