Jennifer, Chad and the rest of her family want the original Abigail back on Days Of Our Lives (DOOL)… but Stefan – and several members of the audience – prefer the new and improved (?) Gabigail version.

Abigail (Marci Miller) is OK, a majority 60% of you shrug. But Gabby… Gabby is fun! Gabby is spunky and uninhibited… and she doesn’t snivel nearly as much.

Plus, let’s talk turkey. Gabby is not only smart enough to figure out how to get that other, annoying Gabi (Camilla Banus) out of her life… and out of Salem, altogether, she is also smart enough to look past that earnest do-gooder Chad (Billy Flynn) and straight into the dreamy dark eyes of Stefan (Tyler Christopher).

There is a man who will do anything a woman wants, even if it means accepting that she’s a different personality in another woman’s body. Could Chad ever be that open-minded?

Neither Abigail nor Gabigail would have a chance without Dr. Laura, 40% of the audience feels obliged to point out.

She’s the one who is keeping everything together, and that means keeping that hysterical, homicidal lunatic Abigail, and the wanton, irresponsible Gabby from screwing up everything Dr. Laura has worked so hard to put into place.

Dr. Laura is protecting Abigail by making sure Gabi goes to prison for murdering Andre (Thao Penghlis). But is Abigail grateful? Is Abigail even helping? At least Gabby has the same agenda. If only she wasn’t so mooney-eyed over Stefan.

Does Dr. Laura have to do ALL the work around here? Looks like it… Thanks God!
