Family Ties: Should Tripp Become a Johnson Mainstay on Days of Our Lives (DOOL)?

So far, the spawn of Ava Vitali seems nice enough and seems to be taking more after his father on Days of Our Lives (DOOL).

It’s easy to like Tripp, and also understand why he has a chip on his shoulder. After all, he spent his life without his true parents just getting by. Now, he’s found his biological father, thinks this father killed his mother, and has no idea his brother was the real culprit.

That’s enough to get anyone down, and Tripp is having a hard time letting go of all he knows and bonding with Steve. Soap Hub asked if you see this young man fitting in with his family one day or if he’s better off as an outsider.

All In The Family
Out of about 5,000 votes, 84% of you like Tripp (Lucas Adams) enough to want to see him become an integral part of the Johnson clan.

You think if he gives Steve (Stephen Nichols) a chance (and eventually, Joey, when he learns the truth), that he can fit in as if he’s always been there. He deserves some love and happiness in his life and his real family can provide that.

Keep Him At Arm’s Length
A very small 5% of you think it’s much more interesting to keep them enemies and possibly see his Ava (Tamara Braun) genes start to emerge. After all, his mother was quite a character and if he takes after her just a little, he may never fit in with his father, half-brother, and stepmother.

The Jury Is Still Out
The final 11% of you are just not sure what to make of this kid. As we said, he seems nice enough but he’s still part Ava. And if you’re any relation to the Vitalis, that usually means trouble.
