Is Eric Ready to Take On Jennifer on Days of Our Lives?

Eric’s been hiding out in that farmhouse for quite a while now on Days of Our Lives. He managed to save Hope while there, and in the process, Jennifer learned he’s out of jail.

Next week, they finally have that confrontation fans have been waiting for since last year. Marlena (Deidre Hall) informs Jennifer where Eric’s been living, and she goes to see for herself–with the intention of bringing him home to Salem.

According to the March 6 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Jennifer is ready to confront her feelings from a year ago and may even want a relationship with Eric, but he is far from letting that happen.

When he refuses to leave the farmhouse and return home, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) pulls him into a passionate kiss. Unfortunately, she does not get the reaction she wants. Eric (Greg Vaughan) is in no way ready to jump into any relationship, feeling he’d especially hurt Jennifer.

We may not have seen Eric for a year, but he clearly is not over the guilt he feels for killing Daniel. He doesn’t think he deserves anything, much less a relationship with a good woman.
