Disappearing Act: Where In the World Is Eric On Days of our Lives?

How long has Eric been “in Africa” on Days of our Lives? Maybe Nicole is still keeping track, but we can barely remember the guy.

New Face

Almost half of you, 45%, want an Eric, any Eric will do. If it can’t be Greg Vaughan, you’ll take somebody else. Eric Brady has been played by Vaughan, as well as a pre-Supernatural Jensen Ackles, not to mention two different little boys back when Marlena (Deidre Hall) was presumed dead and Roman was played by Drake Hogestyn – before he learned he was John.

So what we’re saying here is that the character is more important than the actor. So go ahead and recast. We – and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) – would appreciate it.

Pay Up

Then again, a slightly smaller 42% of the audience wants The Powers That Be to get Vaughan back – by any means necessary. It’s not like he’s worked much since leaving Salem (well, except for Queen Sugar). Worldwide pandemic, you know… He might be itching to come back to work. The point is, this is on you, show. Give us back our Eric! And we mean our Eric. Not somebody else’s.

End Of the Road

If Eric isn’t coming back then Nicole should be set free, 13% of the viewers insist. Have him get lost “in Africa” (if he can’t tell a country from a continent, his geography skills aren’t that strong).
