Dead Deimos Detour? Should He Return From the Dead on Days of Our Lives?

All soaps have their back-from-the-dead stories, but Days of Our Lives pretty much holds the record, what with featuring an entire town full of people presumed dead by a serial killer who turned out not to be a killer, after all.

Something similar happened when Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) body count was shortened after Will (Chandler Massey) turned out to be still alive.

And let’s not even discuss Stefano (Joseph Mascolo).

So why not Deimos (Vincent Irizarry)? Now would be an awfully interesting time for Victor’s (John Aniston) much younger brother, and Eve’s (Kassie DePaiva) husband to return. Should he? Here’s how over 3,000 feel.

Pull the Plug
For 72% of you, enough is enough: No more returns from the dead! Salem is stuffed to the rafters with zombies, to the point where you can’t feel anything at the sight of a coffin.

Plus, it’s a pretty full canvas already. Your faves are fighting for airtime, that’s who you want to see more of. Deimos can just stay dead… and gone.

Villain Wars
Stefano left a huge bad guy hole in the canvas, and Deimos is just the man to fill it, 16% cheer. When Stefan (Tyler Christopher) is your main baddie, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) close behind, you’re playing in the minor leagues.

Victor mostly grumbles now, but if Deimos returned, they’d be equally matched. Salem would break into war, sides would be taken and, most importantly, fun would be had!

Better Man
Deimos can come back, 10% present hedge, but he needs to promise to behave this time. Eve is still smarting from losing Brady (Eric Martsolf), and she could use a little romance. But from a good man. If Deimos changes his ways, you’d be happy to let him back into the fold.
