DAYS’ Stephen Nichols Shows His LOVE for DOUBLE Emmy Winner Mary Beth Evans

Longtime soap star Mary Beth Evans had quite the Emmy weekend, picking up trophies for Outstanding Actress in a Digital Series for “The Bay” and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for “Days of Our Lives.”

There seemed to be nobody more happy for Evans that her on-screen love interest for the past three decades, Stephen Nichols. Not only have Evans and Nichols been paired on and off on DAYS since 1986, but they also had an on-screen romance as Stefan and Katherine on “General Hospital” in the 1990s.

When Evans gave her acceptance speech last night, word has it there were tears in Nichols’ eyes. Watch his own video below of both his and Evans’ reaction when her name was announced.
