Brady has been having a horrible time ever since he lost Tate on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), but today, Eric Martsolf has a lot to celebrate!
Martsolf was born on July 27th, 1971, in Harrisburg, PA, which means he is turning 47 today!
He grew there and graduated from Central Dauphin High School in 1989. He went on to graduate from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with honors with a BA in political science.
In 1993, he decided against becoming a lawyer and instead decided to pursue acting full time. Martsolf auditioned to play Ethan on Passions when the show first started in 1999, but he didn’t end up getting the role until 2002. He stayed in the role until 2008.
Later that year, the handsome actor took over the role of Brady on DAYS and has stayed in the role ever since. But that’s not all he has appeared in.
Back in 2003, Martsolf appeared in the film, Spanish Fly, which was written and directed by Will Wallace, who also starred in it.
He also guested on several primetime shows like NCIS, Smallville, and Rizzoli & Isles, as well as Ladies of the Lake: Return to Avalon on Amazon Prime. He’s also starring in the film To The Beat! which is also on Amazon Prime.
Last year, the Daytime Emmy-award-winning actor guest-hosted Legends in Concert, the longest-running show in Las Vegas in which he had a ball.
Martsolf married dance choreographer, Lisa Kouchak, on October 10, 2003. They have 12-year-old fraternal twin sons, Chase and Mason.
