Happy Birthday Camila Banus
Gabi may be feeling like she has nothing in her life, but Days of Our Lives star Camila Banus has lots to celebrate!
Banus was born on July 22, 1990, in Miami Beach, Florida to Jaime and Carmen Banus, which means that she turned 28 on Sunday! She grew up with her sister Gabriela.
The spunky young actress got her start on TV in by playing Rainbow on Lenny the Wonder Dog. From there, she did a guest spot on Dexter, Seguro y urgente, and two episodes of Gabriel before she got her first soap role as Lola Montez on the now-defunct One Life to Live.
She then moved on to do the TV movie, See Kate Run. She soon landed the role of Gabi Hernandez on DAYS and has also appeared on I’m in the Band, Zeke and Luther, ACME Saturday Night, Matador, Hawaii Five-0 and she also did several episodes of Mistresses.
In 2013, she had a role the move Counterpunch with Steven Bauer, which was followed up by Wishin’ and Hopin’ with Molly Ringwald and Chevy Chase.
