Who would be in good shape after that? But we mean more than that. Here’s what Days of our Lives fans are speculating is behind her overall spaciness:
Days of our Lives: Just Say No
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) is obviously on drugs, 41% of you predict with an implied duh. Sarah is not the kind of person who would put up with captivity without putting up a heck of a fight. She must have been so much trouble to Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) goons in the first few weeks that they had no choice but to put her on some heavy-duty tranquilizers. Which is what turned her into the placid houseguest we are watching.
DAYS Spoilers: Listen Closely
It’s not just drugs, 29% of the audience suspects. It’s drugs in addition to brainwashing. Remember that machine Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) had that was supposed to make Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) kill Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal)? We figure Kristen has the 2.0 version of it. And she’s going to make sure Sarah never has any interest in seeing Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) again.

DAYS: Locked Up
It’s pretty easy to go stir-crazy, speculate the 20% of viewers who know all about being on lockdown these days are genuinely sympathetic. It’s not drugs and it’s not brainwashing. Sarah is simply exhausted from being forced to stay indoors day after day after day. We can relate.
DOOL Spoilers: Forget You
Maybe it’s brain trauma, 10% suggest. Kristen wasn’t exactly gentle when stuffing Sarah into that trunk. What if Maggie Horton Kiriakis’s (Suzanne Rogers) daughter bumped her head and now has amnesia? Heck, maybe she thinks this has always been her home, and Kristen is her friend. Maggie and Xander who?
