The DAYS spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 5, 2022, features Kate Roberts realizing that she’s failed not one, but two sons, and Nicole Walker refusing to play odd woman out anymore.
DAYS Spoilers Recap Highlight
For a time, Kate (Lauren Koslow) thought that Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) was her only problem child…and then Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) had to go and tell her that a) Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is the actual party responsible for producing the “evidence” that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) was Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) kidnapper, and b) Lucas is probably the one actually responsible for Sami’s snatching, and that he framed EJ for the crime.
But have no fear Kate, Chad’s not going to tell anyone else about his suspicions. Lucas did him a favor by getting EJ arrested and kicked out of the top spot at DiMera Enterprises. If anything, Chad is still indebted to Lucas.
Days of our Lives:
Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) told Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) about the DiMera family’s private island, and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) penchant for wearing (replicas of) other people’s faces…and still neither one of them can put two and two together and come up with that wasn’t really Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) that dumped the two of them.

DOOL Spoilers Recap: Standing Her Ground
It’s taken quite some doing, but EJ has finally embarrassed and insulted Nicole (Arianne Zucker) to the point that she wants nothing more to do with him. His mere presence offends her. And that sexy British accent ain’t going to change things. No-siree-Bob.
Nicole is woman, hear her roar. She’s too fine to ignore…or come in second to another lady. She tends to make a habit of that. But let’s not get started about Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).
