The DAYS spoilers for September 12 – September 16, 2022, the show’s first week in its new home on Peacock+, tease a deadly diagnosis, a reunion between a widow and the man she mourned, and so much more. DAYS Spoilers Highlights
When it becomes painfully obvious that Kayla Brady Johnson (Mary Beth Evans), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), and Marlena Evans Black (Deidre Hall) are all suffering through the same medical malady, the women and their men deduce that Milo Harp, alias Orpheus (George DelHoyo), is the one responsible. And indeed, he is.
In fact, Orpheus delights in revealing to his enemies that he’s dosed the femmes with a potent potion capable of causing them much distress and ensuring a certain death — not the news that anyone was expecting.
Kayla, being the only doctor in the crowd and happening to have every specialty in her arsenal of skills possible, takes it upon herself to synthesize a cure, but it’s very possible that her efforts will be for naught.
DOOL Spoilers: Crypt Factor
Following Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) memorial service, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) takes a moment to compose herself and is later thrown for a loop when the memorialized man himself puts in an appearance. But wait! It’s not Jake at all, but his identical twin brother, Stean O. DiMera (Brandon Barash), who just so happens to be the love of Gabi’s life. Question is, does Stefan remember that?

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Odds and Ends
In other DAYS spoilers news, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) find their wedded bliss threatened, and Nicole Walker Hernandez’s (Arianne Zucker) obvious interest in Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) gives Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) serious pause.
Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) relationship — or “relationship” as the case may be — becomes the talk of the town, a bone of contention for EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), and a bone of contention between Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). Hmm, trouble in paradise already.
Finally, DAYS spoilers warn that the custody battle for little Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) is about to take an ugly turn, thanks to the accusation that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) makes against Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
