Ever since the truth about her parentage was revealed, Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) has ostracized Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) — iced her out, given her the cold shoulder, the ole heave-ho out of life. In other words, Lani’s still a little salty about the whole thing, and she’s not in the least bit inclined to just “get over it.”
But it is the holiday season, a time to forgive, Merry Christmas and all, right? Right? Well, Paulina will dare to try again but how will Lani react this time? Let’s just say, Paulina shouldn’t hold her breath.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: While We Were Out
Having gathered the majority of their nearest and dearest, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) make a stunning announcement – they’ve gotten hitched! Say what, shrieks the assemblage. Gulp, says those two wild and crazy kids; they’d hoped this whole thing would go down a treat, but boy, were they wrong.

When it comes to fraught moments, Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) have had a few. In fact, their entire relationship can be best described as one long, never ceasing fraught moment. In a case of the more things change, the more they stay the same, look for the dynamic – but now estranged – duo to have an emotional cross in the moments prior to Johnny and Chanel’s big pronouncement.
Meanwhile, lovable loser in love Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) makes a shocking discovery – but does it pertain to Sami’s still unsolved kidnapping or might it have a little something to do with the brother who’s faked his death and conned their mother into joining his cause?
