DAYS Sneak Peek: Double Wedding Interrupted…Gee, We Wonder By Who?

Right now, it seems there are two happy and delighted couples on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) ready to say ‘I do’ in a double wedding extravaganza.

But, happiness and problem-free lives can never last and at least one of those couples may never be the same again after this wedding day dream come true–or not.

While Executive Producer Ken Corday will not confirm exactly what happens at the wedding, he did confirm an uninvited guest changes everything in the September 11 issue of Soap Opera Digest.

“It’s a joyful day but there’s going to be an unexpected guest that arrives that throws the whole wedding into chaos,” Corday says.

Couple that with him telling Digest that Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) is a drunken mess, angry that Sonny is going on with his life without Will and the fact that Sami is due to arrive back in town, we only have two ideas who may arrive at this wedding sans invitation.

Yep, it seems logical either Will or Sami (Alison Sweeney) will complicate things. Sami just does that as a practical career no matter who may be ready to wed, but considering Will and Sonny were married before his alleged death, his arrival could definitely throw a wrench into plans without him even meaning to make the toss.

“People know that Chandler Massey is returning to the show and I don’t think it’s a big stretch to say the impetus for her arrival in town to have something to do with that.”

Make what you will of those statements, but we expect a pretty interesting fall in Salem indeed.
