The Tokyo Olympics are taking over NBC for the next two weeks but that’s no reason to not get your DAYS fix. Today, we’re taking a look back at Ben Weston and Ciara Brady’s most impressive and memorable moments. Their romance may be on the rocks right now but we’re sure this break will not last forever.
The Best of Ben and Ciara on DAYS
It was back in 2018 that Ben (Robert Scott Clifton) rescued Ciara (Victoria Konefal) after her motorcycle accident. He whisked her away to the cabin for some R&R which led to a love story for the ages. The Commissioner’s daughter falling head over heels for the Necktie Killer.
This fan-favorite couple has definitely suffered through their share of ups and down in the few short years, starting with the complete lack of support from Ciara’s family. Poor Ben had to work overtime to prove himself, and boy did he. Ben even won the approval of Hope Brady.
Mama drama became the least of the couple’s issues during the last four years. They’ve come under attack numerous times, including rampages from Ben’s twisted sister, Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause), and a very messed up Claire Brady, nice-guy Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) getting in the way, and even a death penalty case almost killing a very much redeemed Ben. Through it all, they’ve loved each other more than ever.
The entire first year of their marriage, Ciara and Ben were kept apart by multiple forces working against them. The horrific bombing right after saying “I do” led to their biggest and most heartbreaking separation. Vincent Belman’s (Michael Teh) revenge hostage-taking separated the lovers and subsequently kept them apart.
Even after Vincent’s murder, Christian “Evan” Maddox making his insane move, and the dramatic rescue couldn’t bring them together again. At least not yet. Ciara’s memories are locked away tight and now Ben has to work to free them.

DOOL made its debut in 1965 and is one of the longest-running daytime soap operas in American history. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, five decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.

It is one of four soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB).
