Introduction
On May 3, 1983, Bo Brady – given name Beauregard Aurelius – roared into town on his trusty motorbike and headed straight for Roman’s office at the Salem PD. He expected to find his big brother but instead ran into his newly minted sister-in-law – Marlena Evans – whom he greeted with a big ole kiss.
Hoping to avoid Roman’s wrath over being a no-show at the wedding, Bo came bearing a gift: a brand new microwave. It’s just too bad that the present is stolen property! Roman realizes that Bo wasn’t aware of the microwave’s unsavory origin so he helps him out of what could have been a very sticky situation.
Employment Opportunities
Bo has never wanted for a job but he has certainly worn a number of hats. His many professions include bounty hunter, detective at the Salem Police Department, and even Police Commissioner.
However, when Bo first appeared in Salem, he was brandishing a freshly notarized Private Investigator’s license and in short order, he went into business with washed-up, cigar-smoking Howie Hoffstedder – much to Roman’s chagrin. The very first case that Bo pursued was the unsolved murder of Trista Evans’ mother.
