The actress who plays Kristen DiMera, a character that has recently found her own sense of peace and purpose (okay, that was shortlived but still…), decided to share a time-lapsed video of her putting yoga into practice.

On the bright side for Kristen, Brady (Eric Martsolf) continues to be there for her as the two continue to grow closer and fall more in love.
