It’s safe to say that a lot of people around the world are feeling the stress and strain that this coronavirus pandemic is causing but former (and maybe future?) Days of our Lives star Kyle Lowder has some thoughts on how you can remain at peace during these turbulent times.
Kyle Lowder Seeks To Help
Lowder, who started off his DAYS resume playing Brady Black (now played by Eric Martsolf) and most recently played Rex Brady (formerly played by Eric Winter), shared a tranquil photo of himself to his Instagram account that shows him sitting peacefully on a gorgeous beach. But it’s what he wrote in the caption that could have you feeling that same calm.
“We’ve been seeing this more and more as of late, especially in light of current events. I have been practicing meditation for years. All types. Beginner to advanced, simple to complicated, gratitude, calming, healing, strengthening the immune system, ect.,” he wrote. If there was ever a time to want to do that, now is it.
“If there was one tool that I would recommend during these trying times, and always, it would be this. It has guided me through some big storms in my life. And if you’re so inclined, I wish the same for you🙏🏻” he added. Meditation can be done on its own, through guided ones that can be found all over the Internet as well as with yoga.
Life In Salem
The show recently released a new sweeping spoiler and if you blinked, you may have missed an image of Rex but he was definitely there. So it looks like Lowder is bringing Rex back to town — but for what purpose and for how long remains to be seen. Stay tuned to find out. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
