Soap actors can and do stay in touch regularly with their fans via various social media platforms. However, fans of Days of Our Lives star Isabel Durant (Claire) may have noticed that the actress has been absent for a bit. She recently posted on Instagram to explain her hiatus, which lasted about a month.

“I took a very unplanned break from social media and I hope you’ve all been keeping safe and well!” Durant posted. “I mentioned a while back I was embarking on a journey with Peter Opperman and his 8 week Future Self Incubator course. I’m about 6 weeks in. It’s been incredible! Today i felt like sharing a wee bit about the small yet mighty morning ritual. 🙏🏼✨
“Sticking to the morning ritual has been a pillar of strength and a fountain of knowledge for me,” Durant adds. “I developed a very basic morning ritual comprising of a very short meditation and journaling session as the lockdowns in March commenced. Since I started the incubator, I’ve incorporated Peter’s morning meditations, journaling prompts, inspired actions and karmic partner (like an accountability buddy!) into my existing system. Those additions have transformed my morning ritual into a tool with which I can identify and carry out actionable steps to move my life in the direction of my hearts desire. I’ve witnessed how tiny changes in your daily routine can have a lasting and powerful impact.
