Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Monday, September 18 promise an emotionally gut-wrenching episode as a down-and-out Lucas finally opens up about his pain – to his son Will. You won’t want to miss a moment.
Prodigal Son Returns?
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) was railing at God, wondering what more he wanted from him. He took Will (Chandler Massey), he took Adrienne, and now he’s losing Ari (that one is because Gabi doesn’t want him drunk around her).
What more could he want? But then he heard “Dad” and a shocked Lucas laid eyes on his “dead” son.
The encounter starts to unleash even more emotion from the troubled man as Lucas begins to pour his heart out to Will.
But is he really talking to his supposedly dead son’s spirit – or is that really Will in the flesh? And if so, how can he be alive after we saw him die?
Unlikely Support System
Lucas’s downward spiral right off the wagon isn’t just affecting him, but also those who love him most. Luckily, Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) are able to be there for each other, giving comfort during this trying time.

Considering what Chad just went through with Gabi and Abby, he’s certainly the perfect person to give advice.
Friendship Crisis
Abigail (Marci Miller) is a very sensitive soul, so she understands the effect her upcoming wedding would have on one special person in her life.
She shares her empathy with Gabi (Camila Banus) over the tough spot she is in and tries her best to ease the pain she knows her friend must be in. Will she help or make things worse?
