A New Direction
It’s been too long since Tate was kidnapped and tensions run at an all-time high. Everyone is struggling to learn what they can so they can crack the case. With a possible lead, John (Drake Hogestyn) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) decide they need to question Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) about what happened. Will he tell them anything new? Could he be the newest suspect?

Conflicted Feelings
Steve (Stephen Nichols) begins a new, unexpected career with the hope that it will please Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). He tries not to focus on the kiss he saw between her and Fynn (Alexander Bruszt) but he’s disheartened when his new job doesn’t change things for Kayla. She finds it hard to believe he’ll be satisfied in the job and bets it won’t be long before he’s out chasing bad guys again.

Kayla can’t handle rekindling things with Steve yet. She’s still smarting from the Ava escapade. After all, she held her locked up for weeks during which Steve slept with her. Sure, it was to save her life but betrayal, whatever the reason, still cuts deep.

Haunted by the Past
Joey (James Lastovic) still deals with the after effects of killing Ava. He doesn’t want to let it ruin his life, and he feels he could have something good with Jade (Paige Searcy). But her father, despite having kicked her out last month, goes crazy when he catches them kissing.
