Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Doom and Gloom Loom Over Salem

The Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for Friday, February 26 promise more days of doom and gloom to Salem and her beleaguered residents. When Steve (Stephen Nichols) sees that Joey (James Lastovic) smothered Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) to death, it’s a gut punch for poor Patch.

As if her life has not been hard enough lately, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) receives an anonymous phone call that rocks her world, and, sadly, not in a “Tonight I Celebrate My Love for You” way. Will our lovely Fancy Face find out that Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) was not behind Bo’s (Peter Reckell) kidnapping and torture? Did Hope murder the wrong villain in her quest to avenge the love of her life?

In other Brady news, Caroline (Peggy McCay) has yet another vision. This time it features Deimos “Demon” Kiriakis (Vincent Irizarry). Hopefully, this omen proves a bit more useful than her vision of Victor (John Aniston) having a heart attack. After all, that was just a vision of Victor faking a heart attack. It’s too bad Caroline can’t travel to Port Charles and talk to General Hospital‘s Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero). They could start a psychic support group.

Also coming up, Rafe (Galen Gering) delivers unnerving news to Chad (Billy Flynn). This must mean Chad will learn the Salem PD has found Stefano’s body. Granted, learning your father was shot three times in the chest and laid to rest in a building that was later destroyed is unsettling. Learning the brother you just met has been charged with killing him can’t go over well, either.

Is there more to this spoiler than meets the eye? Will this latest disturbing news make Chad believe Andre (Thaao Penghlis) is telling the truth about Hope offing dear old Daddy DiMera? If so, will he share his suspicions with Abigail (Kate Mansi)?
