The Great Reveal
Things are finally nearing the end in the siege of Salem after weeks of terror at the hands of the Terrible Trio. John (Drake Hogestyn) went to meet with Orpheus (George DelHoyo) but instead of meeting with him, several bombs exploded all over town. Everyone tried to do their best to care for those who were injured in the bombs. Meanwhile, Orpheus and John are finally in contact. Orpheus reveals his diabolical plan to John, which puts many lives in danger.

Dropping a Bomb of Another Kind
Xander (Paul Telfer) has taken Nicole (Arianne Zucker) hostage, but Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) did his best to arrange a trade. He offered to deliver Theresa (Jen Lilley), whom Xander hates even more than Nicole. Nicole was against the plan, considering how much she cares for Theresa. Deimos arrives with surprising news about Xander.

Plagued by Guilt
Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) continues to try blackmailing Hope (Kristian Alfonso) into spending time with him, thinking it will help her remember that she loves him. Hope, of course, wants to do anything but because she doesn’t find blackmail to be an alluring aphrodisiac – go figure. She’s torn, though, because she knows that if she doesn’t give Aiden what he wants, he will put her, Rafe (Galen Gering), and Roman (Josh Taylor) in prison for the murder (and conspiracy to cover it up) of Stefano. The guilt continues to plague her.

While the Cat’s Away
While JJ (Casey Moss) is out dealing with the unrest, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Chad (Billy Flynn) bond, growing closer. This harrowing ordeal has given them a chance to get to know each other even better, and they realize they enjoy each other’s company. Chad appreciates the way Gabi is thinking and all that she has added to his life.
