Days of Our Lives spoilers (DOOL) for April 17-21 promise a week of life-changing actions in and out of Salem as women start taking control of their lives.
She’s Her Own Woman Now
Abigail (Marci Miller) just can’t go through with her vow renewal with Chad (Billy Flynn). She feels she deserves so much more and tries to explain that to her husband. Chad is shocked, and although he tells Gabi what happened, he’s still determined to win her back.
Abby does spend time with Dario next week, but she also decides to assert her independence and make a new life for herself as a smart and single woman.
Angry Grandma
With Chad still determined to be with Abby, Gabi (Camila Banus) finds more comfort with Eli (Lamon Archey). The two go on a date, but Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) sees them together and a showdown ensues. When it’s over, Eli is furious with Gabi.
Nicole’s Troubles
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) is still in trouble up in Canada, and it starts to dawn on Brady (Eric Martsolf) she might need some help.

Back in Salem, Eric (Greg Vaughan) also thinks she needs help and tries to convince Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) to make peace with Nicole.
It’s a good thing she eventually decides to tell Brady what’s been going on with Scooter (Robb Berringer).
Johnson News
The Johnsons have a lot to deal with now that they have another teenage boy in their midst. While Steve (Stephen Nichols) asks Tripp (Lucas Adams) not to accept any money from the Vitalis, Kayla exposes Jade’s plot.
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) also has to bail Tripp out of a bad situation, which helps them bond more. Meanwhile, Steve tells Adrienne (Judi Evans) all about his newfound son.
The Teen Scene
