Now to Xander (Paul Telfer), Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) is a terrible partner-in-crime. When given the opportunity to keep your name out of a police investigation, she did the complete opposite. In point of fact, she practically offered you up to a suspicious Detective Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) like you were a sacrificial lamb.

So, instead of getting to collect all that lovely money that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeny) came a-calling with – in exchange for your testimonial about the night of passion you shared with Nicole (Arianne Zucker) – you get to spend time some quality time with the boys in blue down at the SPD. Make better choices man.

DAYS Recap: Reunited and It Feels So Good

Oh, Nicole, how does thou husband love you/let him count the ways. You gallantly allowed him to pursue his passion for helping the downtrodden, you never complained (to him at least) about the times he extended his missionary work, and you certainly continued to be a loving, faithful spouse…right? You did do that, didn’t you Nicole?

Of course, you did. And your reward? Some intimate time with a man you haven’t seen hide nor hair of in nearly a year, and a hastily thrown together anniversary party. But at least Roman Brady’s (Josh Taylor) making your favorite appetizer. That’s something.

DOOL Recap: Fighting Dirty

Poor, poor Lucas (Bryan Dattilo). So besotted with Sami that you nearly blew up her world by handing over Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) poison pen letter to her baby brother.

And when you just couldn’t bring yourself to do it, you instead poured your heart out to little brother Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) – who encouraged you to do bad, bad things. See, this is why you don’t commiserate with someone who hates your rival just as much as you do.
