The Days of our Lives recap for Friday, November 27, 2020, features Gabi and Rafe facing big changes, Jack finding peace with one woman in his life, and JJ saying goodbye.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Roman (Josh Taylor) got a surprise when he found Rafe (Galen Gering) strolling through the park. Hey, you’re back! Yes, he is and Rafe can’t wait to see Hope. Roman had the daunting task of telling Rafe his love left town. Rafe was floored.
How very sad. Rafe explained why he had to rush away and expressed his regret for leaving Hope to fend for herself during such a horrible time. Maybe, if he stuck around things would be different. Roman urged him not to blame himself.
A Terrible Sight For Sore Eyes
Meanwhile, Gabi (Camila Banus) took the DiMera mansion by storm. She stomped into the living room and told Chad (Billy Flynn) she was home for good. Not so fast, you do not live here anymore. Not with Abigail (Marci Miller) home, too.
Gwen (Emily O’Brien) joined the fun and mocked Gabi when she demanded to see Jake. Oh, sweetie, he’s probably moved on already. Why don’t you go to the shop to check? Gabi did just that.
Gwen’s little scheme played out exactly the way she wanted. Gabi showed up, opened the door, and found Jake in bed with Kate. The scene floored her and she was not sure what to make of it.
A Fractured Family
Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Abigail (Marci Miller) found common ground and not a moment to soon. At least this little part of their family is back together. They all hope Jennifer (Cady McClain) will soon get on board too.
JJ was thrilled to see his dad and sister forgive and forget. Unfortautnely, he will not be around long enough to see how things play out with his mom. He and Theo have a business emergency and have to hop on a plane and get home.
Is It Time To Forgive?
As for Jennifer, she does not have a very forgiving heart. She loves Jack but admits to herself their marriage is not perfect and never will be. Julie sits her down and gives her a stern talking to. No, dear, love is not perfect but it always wins. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
