The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, July 31 features two brides saying I do. One couple was on fire while the other was certainly something to watch.

Mr and Mrs. Tony DiMera
“Nicole” (Arianne Zucker) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) triumphantly tracked down Tony (Thaao Penghlis) and “found” him alive. Boy, was Brady in shock to come face to face with the man of the hour. However, there was no time to be shocked. They had a wedding to plan.

Brady went off to grease some palms and get the wheels moving. Tony took the opportunity to put his sister in her place. This was a questionable arrangement at best. Who really wants to marry their sister? (At least it’s via adoption). Kristen better be on her best behavior or he’ll destroy her.

Of course, once Brady came back with a license and a Justice of the Peace, Tony said his I Do’s and married his sister in a Nicole mask. Needless to say, kissing the bride was awkward!

Mr and Mrs. Stefan DiMera
Meanwhile, Gabi (Camila Banus) and Stefan (Brandon Barash) panicked when they heard Nicole was getting married too. It took seconds for them to realize she was going after the DiMera name. So, they did the only thing they could do and rushed through their vows.

Liar, Liar, Pants On Fire
Ted (Gilles Marini) turned up at the club and demanded his necklace back from Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin). It belongs to Hope (Kristen Alfonso). By the end of the day, it was back around her neck.

Will it stay there? Hope had an interesting conversation with Will and learned her new guy may still be lying. In fact, she was certain he was spinning a new web of lies. Will spilled some shocking details that poked some pretty big holes in Ted’s story.

It’s All Coming Together
Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli (Lamon Archey) celebrated his promotion but found their good news was not met with a lot of good cheer. Rafe (Galen Gering), for one, was not a happy camper. Oh well, they can’t let that bother them. Things were looking up and they couldn’t let anyone get them down. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
