The incident did shake up Sarah enough she made a bombshell decision about her future. She is keeping her baby and skipping Salem to make sure Eric never finds out about their love child.

As for Kristen (who definitely IS pregnant), she got quite the shock when she arrived in her room to find Vivian (Robin Strasser). Viv demanded Kristen hide her and refused to take no for an answer.
