Days of our Lives Recap: Susan Gets A Brady Surprise

The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, March 29, 2021, features Susan wanting her freedom, Kristen wanting more time, and Xander wanting to smash and destroy.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlight

There is much that Susan (Stacy Haiduk) knows. Elvis is the one and only King. Vampires have neither a reflection nor an affinity for garlic. And 30 days hath September, April, June, and November.

Well, Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) month-long hiatus from Statesville is up, and Susan wants out, out, out…but Kristen begs for just a little more time on the outside. Susan is fit to be tied at the request – how DARE Kristen expect her to languish behind bars without access to hot fudge sundaes? Oh, and Roger. Susan also misses Roger.

As if Kristen didn’t have enough on her plate, she’s now having to deal with Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin), who’s ready to confess her lingering crush on Brady (Eric Martsolf) and a lover who’s heading to the jail to pay her a visit! Will Susan be able to pull the wool over Brady’s eyes?

Probably, yeah. This is the same man who couldn’t tell the difference between Kristen in a Nicole (Arianne Zucker) mask and the genuine article. The bar of recognition is set pretty low.

Rex Factor

A drunken Xander (Paul Telfer) swung by the Brady Pub with the intention of smacking Rex (Kyle Lowder) around, but Roman (Josh Taylor) informed him that his son had scampered. Adding insult to injury, Roman then refused to serve Xander any more alcohol.

Xander’s day improved once he unleashed some physical violence upon Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson), but it remains to be seen if that visit he received from Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) um….consciousness(?) did more harm than good.

A Sight To Be Hold

Just when Jake’s (Brandon Barash) attentive lovin’ seemed to be curing the headache that ailed her, Kate (Lauren Koslow) had the displeasure of finding Gabi (Camila Banus) playing Florence Nightingale to her injured son.

Maybe Kate will take those aspirins, after all, Jake. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
