The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, December 14, 2020, features Joey settling in, Allie taking a huge step, and Charlie’s true colors shining through.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) were happy to have Joey (James Lastovic) home. He was thrilled to be free even if it felt a bit strange. Joey even apologized for not knowing how to be around people again just yet. No matter son, it will get better.
Joey was even more joyful when Tripp (Lucas Adams) showed up. It was great to reunite with his brother. Not everyone was happy to see Tripp, though. Kayla balked at him staying for dinner and Tripp had no choice but to tell Joey why there was animosity. Joey was shocked.
Allie Is Suing Tripp
This was not the only confrontation in Tripp’s day. On his way to the apartment, he ran into Allie (Lindsay Arnold). They exchanged words and she vowed to make him pay, especially after he offered to make peace with her accusations.
Allie made a beeline for Belle (Martha Madison) and asked for help filing a civil suit. Belle agreed to be her lawyer. Allie had a very good case, especially with the DNA.
Xander Sensed Danger
Meanwhile, Xander (Paul Telfer) stewed over Ava (Tamara Braun) not only being alive but partnering up with Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson). He decided it was too dangerous for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to help scheme anymore.
Ava Stood Her Ground
As for Ava, she was at her apartment exchanging words with Philip. He was angry she exposed herself to the world. She let him know it changes nothing. He still had a job to do regardless.
Ava was distracted during the visit. She kept looking at her phone and waiting for her son to either call or come home. Why, oh why wasn’t he answering?
A Huge Bombshell
Meanwhile, Claire (Isabel Durant) and Charlie (Mike Manning) made their relationship official. She was a girlfriend, he was a boyfriend, and all was well. Unfortunately, there was no time to celebrate as he had somewhere to be.
Charlie kissed Claire goodbye and made his way to Ava’s door. “You said you needed to talks, so, here I am.” Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
