Days of our Lives Recap: Sarah Came Face to Face With Kristen

The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, May 11, 2020, features another emotional Mother’s Day for your favorite Salemites. Sarah’s escape plan failed, Brady and Xander fought for their women, and Ben set Ciara’s world on fire.

Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) rescued Rex (Kyle Lowder) and the two set off to find Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Paris is not a small place but Kristen was sure the two of them could take it on and save her daughter. She was right. She found Sarah at the train station.

Sarah was plotting her big escape but that train came a little too late. Her last moments alone with “Mickey” were spent telling the tale of baby swap woe and promising the little girl a bright future. All that went down the drain when she looked up and saw Kristen.

Battle Of The Dads

Over the ocean, Xander (Paul Telfer) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) reluctantly shared the Titan jet as they rushed to France. The men had it out about the baby swap, Kristen’s shady past, and even which woman should raise the baby. Brady vowed to help reunite Kristen with their daughter but Xander made it clear he had a few tricks up his sleeve.

I’ll Never Forgive Myself

Back in Salem, Will (Chandler Massey) spent Mother’s Day with Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) who was still beside herself. A year ago today she got drunk, got behind the wheel, and killed Adrienne and Mickey. It was an unforgivable act and she would never forgive herself.

Truth Or Lies

Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) thought she saw a ghost when she came across Jake (Brandon Barash). The mechanic gave her the “I’m not Stefan” speech. Kate was skeptical but took it at face value. Who he is was none of her business.

Marry Me, Ciara

It was a day of romance for Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara (Victoria Konefal). They dressed up, grabbed their favorite take out, and had a picnic in the park. It was one of their favorite pastimes and it became even more special when Ben hid a proposal in the fortune cookie. He asked Ciara to be his wife. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
