The Days of our Lives recap for Tuesday, April 13, 2021, features Sami falling prey to Kristen’s machinations, Chanel and Gwen revealing some shocking news, and Brady tucking tail and running off.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Sami (Alison Sweeney) had a question for “Susan” (Stacy Haiduk). What exactly does she want in exchange for keeping quiet about Sami’s affair with Lucas (Bryan Dattilo)?
Funny you should ask, quipped Susan, who’s actually Kristen DiMera in disguise. I’d like for you to a) keep your mouth shut about my little game of switcheroo, and b) help me keep Brady and Chloe as far apart as humanly possible.
Sami didn’t feel quite up to the challenge…but Kristen had to insist. After all, Sami doesn’t want poor pitiful E.J.’s heart broken now, does she? No, she does not. Kristen, meet your newest partner-in-crime!
Baby On Board
While Chad (Billy Flynn) was busy convincing Abigail (Marci Miller) that she should give Gwen (Emily O’Brien) another chance, Gwen was busy taking a pregnancy test over at the Horton house.
She and Jack (Matthew Ashford) casually sat around and discussed the pros and cons of her carrying a baby fathered by her sister’s husband, then turned towards the test that confirmed their worst fear.
Gwen is in the family way…and it’s a fact that she loudly bemoaned right as Abby entered the room. Talk about timing!
The Son-in-law Also Rises
Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Eli (Lamon Archey) were thrilled to learn that Chanel (Precious Way) wasn’t occupying a ditch somewhere along old Decatur Road, but they weren’t pleased to catch her shacked up with Xander (Paul Telfer) – the Greek God with an eight pack.
Color them further shocked to learn that those two wild and crazy kids spent the previous night at a chapel where they well and truly tied the knot.
But it was Chanel who was in for the rudest awakening of all. Turns out, she didn’t snag herself a CEO, after all. From here on in, it’s gonna be cheap cereal for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner.
From The Heart
Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) confessed the obvious to Brady (Eric Martsolf), and even though he’d already been warned by “Susan,” he still seemed mighty shocked by his ex’s declaration of love. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
