The Days of Our Lives recap for Monday, November 11, 2019, features a completely different Salem. A paternity scheme, a drug addiction, and a shocking conviction left lives turned upside down.

Days of Our Lives Recap Highlights

It was a year of heartbreak for Jack (Matthew Ashford). He stayed glued to Jen’s (Melissa Reeves) side and prayed for her recovery. Jack dutifully turned the hourglass over and over again while he waited for her to open her eyes.

He was thrilled to have his wife back and assured her the attacker was in jail. Then, he called in their children who were happy to have their mom back. It seems their year was rough too. Abby (Kate Mansi) moved back to Salem and JJ (Casey Moss) turned to drugs to cope. Eventually, we learned Haley had died.

Here Comes Daddy

Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) was the proud mama of a baby girl and Eric (Greg Vaughan) was thrilled too — from a distance. It seems Uncle Eric has no idea he’s the daddy. The truth about the pregnancy came out but Xander (Paul Telfer) stepped up to claim the little one. They even faked a paternity test.

While the secret weighed on Sarah, it was great for Xander and Nicole (Arianne Zucker). They got what they wanted, the people they wanted, and the future they wanted. It’s too bad their lives are based on lies.

Locked Up: Salem Edition

The day Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) found Jordan (Chrishell Hartley) dead in the cottage changed his life forever. Not only was Jordan attacked and dead but her scarf was used as a murder weapon. The police wasted no time pinning the death on The Necktie Killer.

Ben struggled with the nightmares and wondered if he will ever get real justice. He knew he was innocent, Ciara knew he was innocent, but no one believed him. Why would they? His biggest enemy died in his home in a way reminiscent of his old calling card.

He wasn’t the only one struggling behind bars. His cellmate was too. Will (Chandler Massey) was lounging on the top bunk wondering how things went so wrong. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
