The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, June 24 features a day that almost changed everything. Suspicions are on the rise but the scheme queens and kings covered their tracks better than ever before.
Almost Caught
A showdown between Sami (Alison Sweeney) and “Nicole” took a violent turn and almost ruined Kristen’s grand plans. Sami grabbed her by the neck and felt the seam where the mask connected with her skin. However, that’s as far as she got. Before she could pull off the mask Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Lucas (Bryan Datillo) arrived and busted up the fight.
The damage was done, though. Sami knew something was off. Nicole tried to blame it all on a scar but that was not good enough for Sami. There was something off about Nicole and she vowed to prove it.
No Love Here
After everything calmed down, Brady had a talk with Nicole about her future. He offered her a job at Titan but she turned him down once she realized it was merely employment and not an invitation into his bed.
Searching For Ted
Meanwhile, Hope (Kristan Alfonso) heard alarms bells coming from Nicole’s room. Well, more like a phone ringing. Ted’s (Gilles Marini) phone to be specific. Unfortunately, when she called a second time, Ted’s cell was dead and she chalked it up to a misunderstanding.
Thankfully, another lead came her way. This time it was in the form of Xander (Paul Telfer) and that beautiful necklace Ted bought her. As it turned out, Xander could not bring himself to kill the legal eagle. Instead, they cut a deal.
Ted gave Xander the jewels and agreed to take the DA position and gave his good buddy a permanent get out of jail free card. Ted got to stay alive but he was still locked in the tunnels.
Of course, that could change now that Hope saw the necklace. Xander is good at thinking on his feet but even this may be too much.
Break & Enter
Kate (Lauren Koslow) was also hot on Nicole’s tail. A visit with Victor (John Anston) piqued her interest and she broke into Nicole’s room to dig for dirt. She found the red dress and the burned letter but before she could snoop any more “Nicole” walked in!
Marry Us
Back at the hospital, Rex (Kyle Lowder) and Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) agreed to wed right away. There was just one hitch, they needed an officiant and then in walked Eric (Greg Vaughan).
He showed up to spill his feelings about Sarah but ended up agreeing to marry the couple instead. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
