The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, June 14, 2021, features Kate taking way too many chances, EJ laying it all on the line, and Nicole getting violent.

Days of our Lives Recap Highlight

Kate (Lauren Koslow) may not be as good at faking blindness as she’d like to be, but she’s one heck of a good liar. When Jake (Brandon Barash) caught her using a tablet, she insisted that she was merely attempting to play an already downloaded podcast specifically for the blind.

And when he confessed to having dumped her for Gabi (Camila Banus), Kate sweetly forgave him his trespass. But one does have to wonder how she’ll explain getting caught applying lipstick with the aid of a compact mirror…Chad (Billy Flynn) is a pretty dense dude, but even he should recognize that red flag.

Hello and Goodbye

EJ’s (Dan Feuerriegel) back, and despite Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas’s (Bryan Dattilo) fear that he’s come to bust them for their affair, the opposite is true. In point of fact, he’s there to beg his wife’s forgiveness and convince her to return to Rome with him. And who can say no to that accent? Not Sami.

Change of Address

The doctors have spoken! Chloe (Nadia  Bjorlin) gets to go home…but to who’s home? She’s not exactly enamored with the idea of going back to her empty apartment with her arm in a sling; and luckily for her, she’s got two eligible bachelors vying for her company.

Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) put forth their offers, and it was the latter whom Chloe chose to reside with. Sure, Philip’s offer was marred by the mention of Victor (John Aniston), but at least he’d just insult her; Brady’s ex would probably kill her.

Office Hi-jinks

Xander (Paul Telfer) wants what he wants, and that’s a job at Basic Black. Nicole (Arianne Zucker) said no, for the umpteenth time, and Xander countered with that old blackmail magic. In desperation, Nicole tried to throttle her problem out of existence, but she was caught red-handed by Brady…and even though he’s a pretty dense dude, Brady still had questions about that totally not cool scene. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
