The Days of our Lives recap for Wednesday, May 26, 2021, features a road trip from hell, the ending of a torturous relationship, and a spot of old-fashioned blackmail.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlight
Much to her delight, Jan (Heather Lindell) discovered her “old pal” GG – AKA Ghoul Girl – wrapped up tightly in the trunk of her and Claire’s (Isabel Durant) get-away car. The way Jan saw it, one hostage was company, but a bonus hostage was just icing on the cake!
Name Your Price
Xander (Paul Telfer) wants money; Nicole (Arianne Zucker) doesn’t have any. But what she does have is a company that could extend Xander a work opportunity. Would Nicole mind putting in a good word for him – keeping in mind that if she did have mind, he could always tell Sami (Alison Sweeney) about her cheating on her twin brother, Eric.
Commitment Issues
Inquiring minds, and one incredibly crazy woman, want to know – is Brady (Eric Martsolf) still in love with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk)? Yes, he is. BUT, it’s a toxic kind of love that he can no longer engage in.
Brady spelled out for Kristen all the things that she did wrong, and all the reasons she should have had more faith in their relationship, and then he explained that they couldn’t be a couple anymore because she’s just far too dangerous to be around. It was all VERRRRY dramatic.
I Do Declare
Sami (Alison Sweeney) wanted to make one thing perfectly clear – she and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) weren’t “together together” when they were thrown into the DiMera wine cellar. They didn’t get forced in two at a time Noah’s Ark style, don’t be silly. She fell prey to Krazy Kristen first, and then Lucas was added to the mix for good measure.
Rafe (Galen Gering) heard his ex-wife out…then demanded to know exactly what she and Lucas were keeping from him. But Sami wasn’t in the mood to air her dirty laundry. Instead, she wondered if Rafe had spoken to Xander, her and Lucas’s would-be executioner.
Since he hadn’t, Rafe made his way to Xander’s room, and who should he run into? Why, Nicole Walker, what are you doing here? Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
