The Days of our Lives recap for Monday, November 23, 2020, features Lani and Eli getting lectured and Jan turning everyone’s lives upside down.
Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
It was the wedding from hell for Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and the crew. Jan (Heather Lindell) swore to kill Belle (Martha Madison) if Shawn did not listen to her. He was reluctant at first, but Marlena (Deidre Hall) urged everyone to play along.
Claire Bear Stare
Claire (Isabel Durant) tried to talk Jan down but it became clear she was off her rocker. Claire accepted her fate as maid of honor and took her place at the altar in a show of support. Fake support, but whatever, it was good enough for Jan.
Brady Broke Free
It was smooth sailing for the bride up to when the rings were to be exchanged. That’s when she noticed the best man was missing. Excuse me, where is Brady (Eric Martsolf)? Jan was fuming.
Brady managed to escape and made his way to the inn. He ran into Eli (Lamon Archey) at the square and the duo busted down Belle’s hotel room door. What they found had their jaws dropping.

Eli Got An Earful
That was not the only drama for Eli today. He got torn apart by Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes). She learned of his lies and betrayals and gave him a stern talking to about how to be a good husband. Never lie to your wife, young man.
Julie made Eli promise to apologize and make things right. The babies are on the way and they deserve a happy family. It was time for him to man up, admit his mistakes, and beg for his wife’s forgiveness.
Kristen Set Lani Straight
As for Lani (Sal Stowers), she was at the prison visiting Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). Her bestie gave her quite a talking to as well. Kristen implored Lani to forgive Eli and move on. If Kristen could move past the whole scandal, so could she.
Lani was not so keen on the idea. She was sick of Eli’s lies (um, pot, meet kettle). However, Kristen pushed and pushed. Eli deserved a second chance. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
