Days of our Lives Recap Highlights
Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) was not going to let Jennifer (Cady McClain) sit around and sulk. He picked her up, dusted her off, and helped her investigate what was really going on with Kate (Lauren Koslow). The pair headed to the Inn to talk to the desk clerk.
Jen Rekindled Her Romance
The siblings got quite a shock when the concierge confirmed Kate’s room fellow was named Jack. But wait, is it the same Jack? Lucas showed the innkeeper a picture of his brother-in-law. Nope, it is definitely not that Jack. Talk about good news!
Jennifer went home relieved. Jack (Matthew Ashford) came to the door shortly after. She not only accepted his gift but also his apology. She invited him in for the holiday.
Rolf Made Peace
Speaking of gifts, Rolf (William Utay) had one for Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). It was a picture of her, Chad (Billy Flynn), and Stefano. He even had one for Chad too, he said. He wanted to make amends to the family and make things right again.

As luck would have it, Chad showed up for a visit with Tony (Thaao Penghlis) in tow. Kristen was overjoyed to have her two favorite siblings there. Rolf was happy to have a chance to apologize to Chad.
Anna Had Questions
Back at the DiMera mansion, Gwen (Emily O’Brien) was treated to a visit with Anna (Leann Hunley). Anna had a ton of questions for the new nanny. Where are you from? Tell me about your family. What brought you here? Gwen quickly grew quite bored with the houseguest.
A Gift Exchange Gone Wrong
Meanwhile, Kate (Lauren Koslow) steals some secret alone time with Jake (Brandon Barash). She had a gift for him and he had one for her, but he wanted to wrap it first. This delay would cost him later. Once the family returned, they snuck downstairs (with no one the wiser) and Abigail (Marci Miller) opened that present thinking it was for her.
Abigail was floored Chad would buy her such a beautiful bracelet. Chad became wary because he did not buy it. Things almost fell apart when Jake stepped up as the gift giver. But, no, Abigail, that was not for you. To make things even more complicated, Jake could not tell anyone the gift was for Kate so he covered by saying it was for Gwen.
