The Days of our Lives recap for Thursday, March 7 features a day of backstabbing, romance, and politics.
The Race Is On
Abe’s (James Reynolds) day went from being a calm and lovely one of charity to heated competition. Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) showed up, but they were not there to donate.
Jack announced his bid for Mayor. He promised to clean up Salem — including and especially illegal immigrants.
Haley In Hiding
Eli (Lamon Archey) had JJ (Casey Moss) in the hot seat at the SPD, and questioned him about Haley’s (Thia Megia) whereabouts.
No, this was not something Eli wanted to do, it was what he had to do. Thankfully, Lani (Sal Stowers) was also on Haley’s side. She and Eli promised to do their best to help Haley when she gets caught.
Unfortunately, Haley will probably be found sooner than later. When Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) came home and found Haley in her apartment she slapped on a fake smile for Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) benefit.
She even agreed to go along with the plan. But, the sinister girl was plotting as usual. She picked up the phone and called Eve!
Down With Stefan!
Speaking of plots, Brady (Eric Martsolf) had his own to work out. He presented an idea to Gabi (Camila Banus) to destroy Stefan. He wanted her to spy and uncover any secrets that could bring him down. However, Gabi was reluctant.
Hot Romance!
Things got hot and heavy at the DiMera mansion when Stefan made move on Chloe (Nadie Bjorlin). She tried to put on the brakes but he made her an offer she could not refuse. He just wanted one kiss to see if there was anything between them.
The second their lips locked it was obvious flames were there, but their seductive moment was cut short when Gabi arrived!
She blew up about Stefan taking advantage of vulnerable women. She was seething with rage (and maybe a little jealousy) and ran to Brady to agree to be his partner in crime!
